By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• All floral arrangements are handcrafted.
• Product photos are for illustration purposes only.
• Due to the natural characteristics of flowers, each arrangement may vary slightly in size, colour, shape, and bloom stage.
• Flower availability is subject to seasonal supply.

Should any flower, foliage, wrapping material, or accessory become unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of similar style, colour, and equal or higher value while maintaining the overall design and quality of the arrangement. This is a standard practice among Singapore florists.

• All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
• Prices exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices may increase during peak festive periods including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, and other major occasions.

Full payment must be received before any order is processed.

We accept:

• PayNow
• Bank Transfer
• WeChat/ Alipay

An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and a confirmation email has been sent.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order and will provide a full refund if payment has already been made

• Delivery is available within Singapore only.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic conditions, building security, or unforeseen circumstances.
• During festive periods, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or recipient unavailability.

If the recipient is unavailable:

• Our driver may leave the flowers in a safe location (where appropriate).
• We may leave the flowers with a receptionist, concierge, neighbour, or security personnel.
• If redelivery is required, an additional delivery charge will apply.
• No refund will be given if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability.

Changes to delivery details, card messages, or products must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

We cannot guarantee changes requested after this time.

We strive to deliver flowers in fresh and excellent condition.

If you believe your flowers arrived damaged or not in acceptable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Where appropriate, we may:

• replace the flowers;
• offer store credit; or
• provide a partial or full refund at our discretion. 

Preserved flowers are natural products that have undergone preservation treatment.

To maximise their lifespan:

• Keep away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid high humidity and water.
• Handle gently.

Natural fading over time is normal and is not considered a defect.

For customised installations, weddings, and corporate projects:

• A deposit may be required.
• Deposits are non-refundable once design work or production has begun.
• Final payment must be completed before installation unless otherwise agreed.

All images, designs, logos, and content on our website remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order purchased.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service purposes.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties except where required by law or necessary for payment and delivery services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
